Synaps TSHD-2875-Conax Embedded Card Reader??

Im deciding whether to buy Synaps TSHD-2870 Combo vs a 2875. Im a bit clueless as to what advantage a Conax Embedded Card Reader will be to me. This is the only difference I can see between the boxes. Any advice. Also has anyone else bought this kind of reciever?? Many Thanks :)
