Could anyone recommend a plumber to do a small job fixing a toilet flush please?!

Not sure if I need a plumber to fix this problem but my toilet is taking ages to fill after being flushed. About 30 minutes. I don't want to necessarily pay a plumber to change a washer for a 5 minute job. Can anyone suggest someone? I'm in Charlesland.

It's quite an easy fix. you can get the washer/diaphragm from Brady's in Greystones. Turn the cold water supply off in the airing cupboard/hot press unscrew the "stuff" in the cistern, replace diaphragm, screw back together.

    The following clip should help:

It;s the diaphragm at 1:40 that i replaced.
