Has this book been updated since 2003? I'm keen on purchasing the latest version or if applicable, another publication that has been updated to reflect the new Government forms of building contract and the Capital Works Mgmt Framework

    Any pointers would be appreciated

I have being looking for years and unsuccessful. To be honest it will be relatively out of date by now for large parts especially when the forms of contract are revised to take account of the revised payment requirements of the construction contracts act.

to be honest no. I am unaware of any book that has being given the unqualified support and acknowledgement that Keanes RIAI a working guide had received. given also the introduction of the public works contracts the suite of contracts are now so different that it is unlikely we will get a book which covers them all which Keanes did.
