Audio Production Build

    Howdy,

    I'm looking to build an audio production / DAW box, will be used solely for audio production work. I'll be backing up projects to external storage when not active, so there's no need for a huge amount of storage. Ideally the box will be as quiet as possible and easily transportable (mATX would be nice) too, but neither are critical. Thanks for taking the time to have a look.

    1. What is your budget? €600

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Audio Production / Pro Tools Rig

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No, have a copy of Windows 7

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. N/A

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? 1680x1050 - Soon, but not as part of this build

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Firewire connectivity required

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Most likely not

    8. How can you pay? Bank Transfer / CC

    9. When are you purchasing? ASAP

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? N/A
