replacing broken dropout.

    my rear dropout snapped on my road bike . its a colubus thron frame. anyone know where i could get a new one fitted?

    Do you mean the mech hanger or the dropout?

    Dropouts are generally not replaceable. Mech hangers are.

    i think you can pull them out and weld in a new one. my bro left it in to rothar a couple of months ago cos they said they had someone who could do it. however they havent touched it yet and dont seem that eager to start.

    If the frame is worth keeping, take it to a steel specialist.

    I've heard that Andy @ Staggs Cycles is good.
