Hi there im have trouble with my turbo.when turbo kicks in it it just drops off then starts kick again ....and over and over.it has a whistle since summer but boost was still good untill now.its a 2006 vw caddy tdi

Sounds like a split in an intercooler pipe, the retaininig clips do break on these sometimes as well.
