Alright lads, I don't know how many threads I have made but I am finally getting my PC :) . I've saved enough to get a pretty good rig. Some of the specs:

    - Intel i5 3570k
    - Gigabyte Z77 G1 Sniper M3
    - 8gb Corsair Vengeance
    - Fractal Design Arc MINI (Not Midi) R2
    - EVGA GTX 760 ACX Superclocked
    - Corsair CX750
    - Samsung 840 Evo 120gb
    - Some green Bitfenix Alchemy Lighting Strips to show off the mobo ;)

Anyways, I'll be ordering from Hardwareversand or Amazon. I have been planning to use HWVS for ages but I recently seen a thread where someone said they had received the wrong components. I was wondering if this is a regular occurrence? I would save €100 (Yep) using Geizhals with Hardwareversand so I would much rather use this but I don't want to have to deal with the hassle of trying to get in contact with Hardwareversand if something goes wrong...

    Any opinions? :)

Looks ok but you should get the latest i5, the 4670k with a z87 socket 1150 board.

If you fill out the questions from the sticky we could give you some recommendations.

Here here, go latest I5. For future proofing.

Cheers lads, think I'll go for the 4670k but is there a real advantage?

Also, I should have been clearer in my post. I was just wondering if Hardwareversand are always reliable, as I don't to have to deal with them if they mess up my my order.

Yes it's 10% faster and uses the latest socket which will have another generation of cpus on it.

Nowhere is always reliable. Mistakes can happen with any company. I'd say they are rare.

As already said haswell is 10%faster yes it is not as good overclocking as ivy(runs hotter) . But the haswell socket is being used for Intel's future broadwell CPU. So for you to upgrade in a years time would mean you only need to swap out the old CPU .

As for hwvs I wouldn't worry. a lot of people use them here. And the odd time there does be hiccups but the same can be said with any company.

Mate of mine bought a laptop from pc world. Few months back.Broke after one week. He brought back they sent away. He was waiting 3 weeks for it back.

    My point being s,hit happens.
