If I lease a shed which is completely independent from the farmers animals will I still have to TB test. My animals will never come into contact with the shed owners animals. I presume dept will make me test in and out anyway.

Also if I buy in a mart can i put them directly into this leased shed or do they have to be retested by me before putting them into B&B

If its only your animals in the shed and none of his then you both sign a B & B form and send to dept and that's it you do what you want

Just on what you said about buying in mart and having to test, (I've no clue wether you would have to or not) you have to leave 45 days between tb tests as a minimum so if it was a specific requirement that you had to test them you could get caught out if the animal had only been tested in the month prior to purchase!

Similar ish question, if I had cattle in a shed, &took 1 pen in B&B, which would be tested in & out. What happens if the owner wants to sell mid-way, do they need to be tested before sale?

Was asked if I would put dry cows on an out-farm (no other stock) for a few weeks to graze, so owner can put on cattle later without hassle of grass being too strong.
Do we need to go B&B?
Has the sfp forms to be amended, to show cattle were on this land, even for a few week
