    Hi,

Can anyone tell me one of the lowest cost ways of buying say 10-20 silver coins in Ireland, small amount. I want them delivered to my house. I don't know a lot about silver but lets say silver philharmonic type coins. Preferably pay using visa debit card.

    goldbank.ie look quite pricey.

    Thanks,
    Indy

www.Bullionbypost.co.uk will give you a good idea what you should be paying, theirs no vat on gold ,so silver ll have to rise 23% before you break even(unless you can buy them for cash)

18.41 sterling inc vat buying 20 or more or E21.5 each

Thanks that is a good indication, they don't seem to post outside the UK though. Anyone know a good option who will post a small amount of coins to Ireland?

So far I am seeing celticgold.eu as a potential, except I have to order €500+ before they will entertain me.

They are offering me a silver maple leaf 1 oz for €17.42. But €38 euro for delivery paid separately.

What do you want them for ? ,if its an investment ,forget about it (vat ,postage etc )if its for presents or something else, thats a good price,i take it that's plus vat ?

Yes I want to invest in Gold of Silver coins but to have them in my possession and in small amounts at a time, like a few hundred euro spend at a time. Is this possible?

They might hold/store them for you for a lot less than the postage,if that sits easy with you,if not save up and buy in bulk to mitigate the postage costs.

Suisse gold looks good and price pretty good. Would there be VAT charged on Gold Coins as SwLand is not in the Euro?

    I am considering these
1/10 Oz Canadian Maple Leaf Gold

    Thanks for all your help.

Cheers, I can't see why they insist on registering, hope you're getting it at a good price anyway.

Registering is so you don't get spam and you can unregister at any time. It is a lead capture page so if you are genuinely interested you get sent the information .. and for anyone very interested there's and information evening in Dublin on the 22nd of january in the Louis Fiztgerald Hotel in Newlands Cross.. 7pm - 9pm.. anyone buying silver will get a lot of information from it.

Looks like they are more interested in selling expensive graded coins instead of basic bullion coins.
Looking at their website and that register page I wouldn´t go near them.
Invitation only to buy silver. Wow

Oops sorry i think you mis-understood, they don't invite you to buy silver :o its invite for the presentation night where the company give you all the information you need.. places are limited and its to make sure only people who are interested attend.. primarily its for silver buying but also for networking too and they sell everything from the cheaper bullion to the more expensive registered ms 69 and ms70 coins.. its up to you what you buy..;) they also put the coins on display so you get to see what you can buy, sorry for the confusion :)
