Citroen C5 engine trouble p1166

I have a 2009 C5 1.6hDi with 130,000km. Recently it has been having complete engine cut-out while driving. This can happen at any speed from 50kph right up to 120kph on motorway. The dash lights remain on while the engine cuts out. Once the car is pulled in and the ignition is turned off, the car will start up again as normal. A Lexia diagnostic tool has identified a lot of fault codes but a common one is P1166 relating to high rail pressure >1750bar for >5 seconds.
This fault used to happen about once a month, but is now happening almost weekly, and could potentially be dangerous if overtaking, etc. Does anyone have any experience of this fault before, please?
