    Hello,

    I have being getting my BTEA since end of September, All of a sudden I had no money in my account this morning ?I usually get payment on Friday at 00.00, Now I don't know why they would stop it, im baffled and need to wait until Monday to call them ! Only thing I could think of is that I got a Text on the 11 of November (This Month), stating "DSP REMINDER: Your next signing is Tuesday 12 Nov 2013. Failure to sign on this day will affect payment. Please ignore date on post office receipt."I got it from this number :0872639827 ? Now I just simply ignored it as I didnt understand what it was about ? Can anyone shed some light on may could have happened regarding my BTEA, Does this DSP REMINDER have anything to do with it ? Also my BTEA was never back dated, anyone know why or do they back date it ? Also, any idea what number to call monday ?

    No, you don't have to sign while on it. I got a letter last week asking to provide proof of being fully registered with college for BTEA. Have you provided them with this letter?
