Ford Mondeo Mk4 locking problem

    Hi all,

    My key doesn't seem to be doing to double lock properly on my 2008 mondeo mk4. It seems to work sometimes but not all the times.

    When I double lock, all doors except the drivers door locks. When I then go to open the drivers door with the door handle, it opens. When I click the lock button a number of times it eventually locks.

    There's also the problem when I try to unlock the doors. When I click the unlock button once, all doors except the drivers door unlocks. I have to click the unlock button a number of times to get the drivers door to open.

    I haven't tried the steps in this link yet to try to reprogram the key to see if this will help.
