    Hello Boards,

I am in need to regress to being a more centred person and as such am looking into getting into martial arts again, it has been near a decade since I had a proper run at it.

As I can't find anywhere doing classes around lunch time or 4 o'clock(ish) in Dublin 2 I would have to take classes closer to home in the eveings.

So would anyone be able to help me out and point out something in the Sallins or Naas area please?

Many thanks and have a a great weekend,

    Newhand

Not exactly the question you were asking, but Wild Geese has Muay Thai classes at 14:00 and 16:00 some days, and Straight Blast City Centre has Muay Thai and BJJ at lunch time.

Cill Dara MMA in Kildare and Husaria in Clane are both pretty close to you and have members posting on here I think.

Thanks Doug, will look into those and see if anything can suit my odd timing needs.

Cheers but stuff would have to be in walking distance sadly.
