When things went belly up and particularly when the euro looked extremely shaky, they provided details and assistance setting up accounts…

Wondering has anybody any info on this and is there anything to worry about?
Helvetia Wealth had a strong investor presence here a number of years ago offering attractive equity bonds. When things went belly up and particularly when the euro looked extremely shaky, they provided details and assistance setting up accounts in Swissquote Bank held in Sterling etc.
Looks like the bank has now terminated the relationship. Worryingly Helvitia ,who managed the accounts haven't informed, given reasons or advised re funds etc.
Swissquote are contacting clients directly and setting up new security and password details.
Anyone?
