Cheapest off license for Brewdog?

Hey wondering if any knows cheapest place (South Dublin preferably) to stock up on some Brewdog brews for Christmas? I've only looked in a couple of places so far. They didn't have it one place and in the other it was 2.99 for 330ml bottles of Punk and 5am!? Hardcore IPA was 3.99 a bottle!?

On a side note anyone know why is it so expensive in pubs and off licences? Think it was close to 6.50 for a pint of it in Against the Grain last time I was there. I asked the barman why so much he said it's expensive for them to get kegs of it and there is a slim margin so they don't make as much on it as other beers?

Cheapest place by far is Tesco and Sainsburys in the North. If you know anyone going that way you could ask them to stock up.

Off the top of my head the prices are.

    £1.70 Punk/5AM/Dead Pony Club
    £1.90 Hardcore IPA
    £2.50 Punk IPA 660ml

Can't remember what the price of the kegs were but yeah, the margin is ridiculous if you don't charge €6.50+. The same pint would cost £4 in the UK.

Wow, might be worth the spin for that.

According to Sainsbury's site it's £2.99 for the 660ml bottle.

At the moment, it's 5 bottles for €11, which is a pretty good price. Includes 5am Saint, Fake larger, Punk IPA, Dead Pony Club (as far as I can recall). They sell the other (stronger) Brewdog beers, but typically charge €3.50, €4.50, + depending on the ABV. They do sell off stock at times, and I've been fortunate enough to pick up bottles of Brewdog that didn't sell well, for €1 a bottle (stocked up!). Doesn't happen too often though.

Do Tesco or Dunnes have Brewdog? Wouldn't think there'd be much chance of getting some in the offies in Tullamore. Hope this isn't too off-topic from the original post.

I haven't seen tesco or dunnes selling brewdog beers. Although for the former, I'd imagine its only a matter of time since they supply to Tesco in the uk

I think they're 2.79 each in Superquinn, but you can get 6 for the price of 5. That means they work out about 2.30 per bottle.
