N plate for first two years?

    HI guys just wondering when does that come in to effect? I wouldn't want to have a N plate saying I am a novice driver for the first two years. I have two tests left and was wondering when this will come in to effect so I could maybe get my license before it. Thanks

    It's set out in the Road Bill 2013, no activation date yet.
