Best mobile offer in the 200-250 range?

Hi all. Phone died but I m on contract until July. I d like to know what my options are. I m willing to spend 200-250 on a new phone. The HTC 500 or similar appeals.

Where is cheapest place to pick Moro g up off contract in Ireland? I saw this also would this work over here if I picked it up in the US?
