    hi guys,hoping someone could advise.
i am self employed mostly manual labour and a customer has stepped up the work load.
to be realistic i need someone to help me from time to time,it would be only a day or two every couple of weeks maybe a week solid and nothing after.

am i getting into big expences prsi etc and a mountain of paper work ;(
or can i sub-contract the work to someone and get them to give me a invoice and leave the hassle to them but if i do this do i have to check to see if they are tax complient?
