In case you haven't seen it, Adobe have an offer of €12.29 p/month for Photoshop CC & Lightroom 5 when you sign up for 1 year. It includes 20GB of cloud storage and a Behance ProSite.

Not sure whether to go for it or not, seems like a good deal. Any opinions on it?

It's a great deal assuming you have a serial number for CS3-CS6. Am I right in thinking it's a special for the first year only and then it rises significantly?

It's open to new customers. http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html#pslr-bundle

No mention of the price after the year is up though...

    Looks like a great deal.

I would imagine the price may double after the first year or maybe rise to €20 p/month?

Just pay them with salt (i'm not a fan of their ability to keep your credit card data safe, sad but true)

but it looks like a good offer if you had the need, and buy into the whole paid licence to use thing.
