Cancelled Eircom inside cooling off period.

    I cancelled Talk & Broadband within 24 hrs of initial order. There is a 10 day cooling off period. Eircom can find no record of the cancellation & have billed me more than €500 early cancellation fee, I was aware of cooling off period & ENSURED call was made ASAP, being passed from Billy to Jack & no one in authority will talk to me, has anyone else experienced this sort of behaviour from Eircom ?
