Hi Leanbh
All blind companies should supply options for operating blinds. Chains are a hazard so there should always be an alternative. It is relatively simple to change from a chain to a spring. It is just pulling out the chain and inserting a spring, the only problem is making sure the diameter of the sting fits the pole.
