As NIB/danske are closing personal current accounts I have get another current account.

So good people of boards recommend me a current account.

99% of my banking is on line, I don't bother with a check book, I don't need an overdraft.

What is the best value for someone like me?

PTSB probably. Can you lodge €1500 per month? (Doesn't have to sit there, just has to be lodged. You can even lodge and withdraw the same €500 3 times to achieve, for example). If you can, there's no fees for day to day banking. Could also look at EBS money mover.

Another vote for PTSB. For most people it is the best option.

It's PTSB or EBS - I went with PTSB.
