My next door neighbours parents come into his house to clean it for him every week. The guy must be in his late 30s.

If he pays them it's fine, maybe they're out of work or low on pension or whatever and it helps them and him out.

If he's just a mummy's boy who has them over to do his washing and fuss over him, he's a plonker.

I would love if my parents did that for me!! My sister leaves her oven until it annoys my mother enough to clean it for her!

Bit hard with a semi detached house. Plus the walls are thin enough

my next door neighbours have vented their cooker extractor somewhere too close to the dividing wall and it appears to be venting into my house because I didn't cook garlic today, or yesterday or this week at all. I don't know how to fix this yet.

nope, our houses are in reverse, (and stepped) my kitchen is at the front and theirs is at the back, I'm not really sure how that works but it's starting to become really noticeable. They are nice folk though, just not sure how I approach the issue without causing offense.

Tell me about OP. You wouldn't believe the number of women I know in their 20's living in their own filth. Nah, rather have a dedicated room in their house for rubbish bags and used nappies than pay for a bin services like *gross*

I've never met any grown man as bad as a woman with regards to cleaning to be fair imo.

My brother payed my mother to clean his apartment up until very recently. They were both happy with the arrangement.
