Hi all, as the competition is coming to a close, I will be giving some prizes (thanks to a great deal with Frostie500) of some nice F1 prints. Of the ones I receive, the winners can choose which one the want. The breakdown will be:

1st choice of print - 1st Place
2nd choice of print - Open to all those who scored points in EVERY round (will be picked at random)
3rd choice of print - The person who moves the most in the final round (in the case where there is more than one person with the biggest move, someone will be picked at random from it,

So, 3 prizes up for grabs, for nearly everybody. I wanted to include the possibility of anybody winning, hence the 3rd prize.

I will be back later with the competition as normal today.

Ah balls. Just realised that I cant add a poll in afterwards. Can a mod edit the title to: F1 Competition Chat.

I will use this then to discuss any amendments for next years competition. When its changed, I will add in the proper competition.

I was thinking about next years comp, & how everything will be a bit of an unknown. Maybe allow question changes/revisions after a set amount of races, say four for example, rather than a random approach to it?

It's tough to come up with suggestions for new questions, really. The team vs. team question is always a good one because both drivers have to do well in order for a team to win, but I think it needs to vary more often between the two teams chosen.

Realistically, we can't be sure of how next year will turn out, but I think for that reason it's probably better to have the questions stable in the first half of the year, because there will be more variation as the teams get to know the new cars. Once Red Bull and Vettel start beating everyone comprehensively after the summer break, we can switch the questions around.

Yeah agreed, that's why I suggested a set amount of races before the questions can be changed rather than winging it every race.

Congrats to Sparks43 the overall winner of the competition. You get 1st choice of print.

Second print choice will be for one of the following: Myrddin; astrofluff; Kxiii; ItsChecoTime; smellslikeshoes; Aussimento; Cartoon_Head; Edgy; De Hispter; Autosport; RayM

Third print choice will be for one of the following: Aussiemento; ItsChecoTime; Kxiii; Wextext; dor83; Technoprisoner; PopePalpatine.

I have the above ordered with a specific number between 1 - 18. When two numbers are picked, the winners will pick as per choice (2nd or 3rd). Can two different posters please post any number between 1 and 18 inclusive and this will choose the winners at random.

There is an option of: Redbull, Schumy or Lotus. Sparks43, you have first choice. As soon as thats picked, Astrofluff you have second choice and Kxiii you get whatever is left!

Here's the prints that are available for the comp....

The Webber print is 18x12 inches whereas the Schumi and Raikkonen prints are 16x12. For everyone else if youre interested in getting a photo for Christmas presents PM me. I've got a pretty large cataloge at this stage! Otherwise have a look on the website
