New LED bulbs won't work as DRL's on 11 Astra

Hi, I drive a 2011 Astra which has Daytime Running Lights (DRL). As standard, they are yellow. Just ordinary yellow bulbs. I recently ordered some LED bulbs from eBay to replace the yellow ones. When I fitted them, they work as parking lights but do not turn on as DRL's. The on board computer says check left/right DRL. The bulbs on the Astra are used as parking lights when switched on or as DRLs with no lights switched on.

Could anyone help me with this?

The current draw is too small, you need to get a set of Canbus ones with built in resistors

Voltage on LED bulbs is lower than standard halogen. As said above you probably need LED bulbs with a canbus resistor.

Could you please post some links if you know any where I can find these? I tried Google but I am unsure if they will fit.

They seem to be a little strange in terms of bulbs that will work. I suggest having a read of this:

Should point you in the right direction in terms of what to buy. You need to register to see parts of the site properly. Polarg bulbs seem to be the ones that work for cars without factory LED's.
