    Hi,

does anyone have any idea what company in Tallaght it is that looks after this? My partner has been unemployed for just over and year and her claim was cut and changed to i think jobseekers benefit. But either way it is currently 8 weeks since she last received anything from the social welfare, but cant get through to them in Bray as usual for a update on a timeline even. Anyone else having this trouble or been through it before?

There are no outsourced companies involved with the SW. I believe you may be referring to a support unit. It's essentially the same, but they deal with offices that get overloaded and/or have considerable backlogs.

Has your OH considered popping into the office to check?
