Dole payments for Dec 2013

Does any know what dates the dole payments will be made in Dec. I know that there are 1 or 2 days when they give out a payment for 2 weeks due to being closed over the Christmas period.

Christmas Arrangements for 2013 have not been published yet from what I can see on their website.
Keep an eye on www.welfare.ie or follow the Department on Twitter and you will see when it is published.
Also, there will be signs posted in the Post Office and Local Office advising people of their payment dates.

Looks like there is a 2 week payment o the 17th as I'd expected. Not sure how that translates if one's being payed on another weekday, but I assume they would be that week since otherwise the Tuesday is Christmas Eve and any other day would also be part of Christmas week.

Where do you see that? I went on the welfare website and couldn't see the Christmas payment schedule anywhere

Payments due during the week of 23/12 to 27/12 will be paid during 16/12 - 20/12 (i.e. a double week).

Payments due on 30/12 and 31/12 will be paid on 30/12. Payments due on 1/1/2014 will be paid on 31/12. Payment on 2/1 and 3/1 are paid as normal.
