Cloth armrest needs a clean

    Hey all,

Any ideas what way to go about tackling my cloth arm rest. I suspect its from my elbow during the summer. A nice combo of sweat and sun factor, though it was kinda like this when I got the car (though they got it valet'd to my satisfaction before I bought it).

    Cheers

Something like CGs Fabric Clean. Spray on, agitate with a nail brush, wipe with a MF. Repeat.
You might have to do it again as it might dry with a tide line.

Ideally if you had a wet vac it would be better than the MF. Dehumidifier bags will help dry it out quicker also.

What works for me is a bit of washing powder dissolver in warm water put into a spray bottle, Spray 2 or 3 squirts onto the armrest and then 2 more onto a microfiber. Rub rub rub and turn the cloth regularly spraying more of your solution onto it as you do.
When it is clean (the cloth won't be getting dirty anymore, I normally use a light colored cloth (yellow)) Then get a clean cloth and a spray bottle with just water in it. 3-4 squirts onto the armrest and cloth and a rub just to get the detergent out :)
