She wants to get back together after 3 months,i don't know what to do?

So I (24) was dating a girl (20) for about 5 months and we got on like a house on fire,the reason she broke up with me was because she was starting back to college and we didn't end on a really bad note but it hurt me like hell. Now she reckons i was her first proper bf,that i was a bit unsure of but anyway she made contact about a week ago stating we meet up as friends,i agreed but she got ill and had to go to hospital,a few days ago she was released and I visited her at home,we got very intimate and i saw a real difference in how passionate in kissing she was. She said we will see how it goes and I agreed. But i am now thinking am I in for the same again,worrying about her commitment to me in college,is she confused? And is it too soon to get back,I have strong feelings for her but what is my best option??

I'm a bit confused here. Did she say explicitly she wants to get back together or "we'll see how it goes"?
In my eyes theses are 2 very different things.

Sorry yeah she said we will see how it goes but they way we are talking is like its back on,the pet names etc,I sincerely hope she isn't just using me.

If so, don't get back together. She's all about her, so emotionally immature. She went off and had her fun, didn't work out and now wants her safety net back. She hurt you and doesn't deserve another chance.

Yeah thats true i suppose,although i still have strong feelings for her if she really wants us to be anything she will have to do a lot of work,i'm going to play it cool.
