    I've stripped the build to:
    • Asus Sabretooth P67 mobo
    • i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz
    • Noctua NH-U12P SE2
    • 4GB Corsair XMS3 1333MHz RAM
    • CoolerMaster Silent Pro 600W PSU
    • Fractal Design R3

With the PSU connected and powered, there is a green LED on board that lights up.
When I push the power button the power light flickers on for a half a second, the fans twitch and the POST LED's on board flash on. Then everything goes dark at once.

    I've tried resetting the CMOS:
Power unplugged, moved CMOS jumpers to reset position for 5-10 seconds. Move jumpers back and power the system.
    But the problem remains.

I've tried an old 430W PSU and it spins up but the POST Lights stay on the RAM one. So I swapped that out for the other and it moves on to the GPU POST light because this power supply doesn't have the connecters required to power it.

So that's where I am, broken PSU and broken RAM.

My motherboard doesn't have a VGA connector so I'm working blind.

Anyone near Citywest want to test my RAM and have a small graphics card I can borrow? :p

    New PSU and new RAM.

Anyone dealt with Corsair and Cooler Master for RMA's?

Symptoms similar to having a bad BIOS or an incorrect BIOS for the CPU in use.

Even booting with a different PSU?
