    Hi all

I finished my Job Bridge in May, and worked for the summer when the company needed me. I was let go at the end of the summer and am finding it impossible to get work.

I saw recently that you can do a second job bridge and i was wondering when I'd be eligible to do a second one? I think this is my only chance at the moment :(

Sounds like the first one didn't work out very well.
    Why are you considering another?

If you would give details regarding skill set and so on, I am certain that people on here will be able to give you advice.
I'd be thinking that after a year in job bridge, you should have marketable skills that somebody will pay you money to do.
If not, then I think that you should be carefully re evaluating the entire concept of job bridge.

I know this is kinda off topic but this is happening quite often, after you complete jobbridge the company will keep you on short term contract, then your out the door. On the amazing jobbridge satistics your classed as gaining employment(even if it's only for a week) and classed as a jobbridge success and the employer covers themselves to get another intern.

It didn't work out because I was bulied in the office, when I stood up for myself and complained I was let go

Thats what happened to me. I was also bullied in there and when i stood up for myself things got bad there, and I was let go. The new intern was a friend of the bosses. Whilst I was there they hired for FT employees who were friends of his, and gave them permanent jobs. When I asked he told me that he didn't have any positions ( so he basically lied to me)
