NEW HOLLAND DIMING HEADLIGHTS help ???

    I have a 7840.when I turn on my full lights my lights are working perfect but when I go to dim my lights they go off.like they have no power.would this be the switch on the side of the steering wheel. Or what .thanks for reading

    could be a fuse. old international/cases have separate fuses for full and dim lights. could also be that both bulbs are blown on the dim, but unlikely

    There should be a seperate wire for the full and dimmed lights. Similar to whats below. (This is not for the New Holland but should be similar). Get a meter and check bulbs, supply to bulbs, connectors and then back to the switch. Whatever is easiest to get at is usually the starting point. Edit - Check fuse first of all.
