Transferring data from Iphone to mac

Hey guys, Long story short; Had a macbook with all my things on it, got stolen. Bought a new macbook and have an Iphone full on data (songs/photos/etc) that I need to transfer to the new mac. How do I go about syncing these without wiping my Iphone clear of all its data?
