    Hi all
    How do i get around this.
    If i buy a camper with no DOE.
    I cannot get insurance with out a DOE.

    So how can i get it to a test center then if i have no insurance to drive it

    Ask a friend with camper insurance to transfer/drive it maybe.
    Tow it.

    Why would you buy one that hasn't got a pass cert?.
    Insist that the seller has it tested, perhaps offer to pay the test fee if it passes.

    Mine didn't have a DOE and Dolmen gave me 21 days of insurance in which time I needed to produce the various documents.
