UPC BB very slow this evening - D15

    Anyone else experiencing very slow UPC broadband in D15 this evening?

    I'm in Carpenterstown and am getting a mere 2.2 Mbps download for the last few hours :-(

    I have been using the speed test on UPC's own site and, ironically, the speed test 'timed out' a couple of times.

    The UPC site says there are no 'service issues' in my area.

    Power cycle the modem and retest.
