Hardwareversand and Danske Bank Transferring Cash

    I was asked to help someone yesterday, a friend of my Mothers. I sent them a configuration for HWVS and details.
    I changed my password and sent them login details. They can't seem to transfer the cash, or seem to be having major problems.
    I know it's nothing to do with my account and HWVS as i've done it in the past plenty, no problem.

    They are using Danske Bank after NIB's closure, as their account defaulted to them.

    Now, i will have to give them a hand later. I don't know why they are having such a hard time. Is there anything different on Danske Bank? Is it harder than other banks? Is there a special section/process to go through?

    They can't seem to transfer the money. I thought i'd check it out here before I end up helping them and maybe hitting a few obstacles myself, as I have never seen a Danske Bank account...

    Surely it would be pretty basic, as normal? :confused:
