    Cheap scates like myself would start with ebay.
    You local motor factors is unlikely to carry one but is worth a call as they could give you a price
    For something that specific its also worth calling main dealer so you have a bench mark price to compare ebay prices

    Dealer or breakers yard be the quickest.

    Braker yard might want to sell the clock spring with the steering wheel / colum
