Is a Riding School classed as a farm?

    Well lads!
    Was over at a riding school/livery during the week and I seen a few bits and pieces that a farm inspector would have a wet dream over finding.
    The likes of dung strung up on the headlands and effluent flowing anyway it wanted.....
    Is it inspected the same or at all?
