Anyone know of Mark trequlis. He runs 30 plus men on Facebook. Has online programs etc. Has anyone done a program. I believe he promotes eating this coconut oil stuff. Anyone any thoughts on his plans and ideas

I've never heard of him but any information an instructor has is freely available online. Coconut oil isn't magic, it is, however, relatively expensive.
