Been looking for a Dell Ultrasharp U2412m and have come across a Dell Ultrasharp U2412mb, anyone any idea where the B came from .

or can someone just come on here and tell me forget about the Dell man up and get a Qnix as its going to be one or the other. :o

Seems the "b" is simply a factory identifier that Dell uses, the "m" and the "mb" are the same thing.

I have had both the Dell U2412M and Catleap and trust me the Dell is the better monitor by some distance.
Apart from all the features packed in the image quality, the colours, the contrast everything was just better on the Dell.
I sold my Catleap after a week and still use the Dell.
Im 100% sure you will not be disappointed.

I dunno, I had a U2312HM and I found the Qnix to be much better. Of course the dell had a much better stand and controls, but the panel itself was better in terms of colour, resolution and glare.

Only way to be sure is to get the U2713HM!
