Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

I did some Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts two days ago.

Did a different routine this morning - no problems.

Went for a jog this afternoon - hamstrings felt very tight so turned around after a few mins.

Still quite tight - walking fine but top half of my legs feel heavy.

Should I be worried? (I probably did not stretch enough).

Or should I just chill since it was the first time I did such an exercise and rest?

    Frankie say relax. It's normal.

Romanian dead lifts are seriously hard to get used to. Legs would be in bits for 2-3 days afterwards. Especially the hamstrings
