    Is there resistance on this Zippe?
    If not how do u find the resistance? What sort of work outs have you done on them?

    Offer €150 and I'll pick them up in Westport weekend after this

    Hey,

    thanks for the offer but I'll have to hold off for a bit more,

    It's a different type of work out to the turbo,great for stability training,if you look up roller work outs on YouTube there should be some up there,there a good set of rollers,
