    Hows it going,
Me and a few of the lads are going interrailing next year all around europe. We have a general idea of where were going. I'll give you the plan and if you could give me some cool stuff to do that would be pretty freaking awesome. Were starting in brussels for a night on the 2nd of july. Then going to Rock Wertcher, pretty insane music festival, and leaving on the 7th to head to amsterdam for 2 nights. Thats mainly goning to be just us melting into things after smoking. After that we're heading to Berlin for 3 nights which I heard you can do and just not sleep for the 3 nights. Unreal. Then were heading to Prague on the 12th for 3 days. Dont know much about it but its supposed to be ****ing class. Leave prague on the 15th to head Budapest for 5 days. This is supposed to be pretty insane as well so we decided to go for longer. Were leaving there on 20th to head to Krakow. I knwo **** all about it so something to do there would be much appreciated. there for 2 days and leaving on the 22nd to head to Lake bled whcih is supposed to be seriously chilled, but still get hammered . After were going to pag on the 25th till the 29th probably, again dont know much about the place. Then after were heading to ios for 10 days. So weve heard from a few people that went interrailing before well need around 3 grand. We have a 22 day inter railing ticket with 10 days of travelling on it that costs aroudn 260 i think. We're also tryign to find another festival in croatia or around there. Any help or tips on this would be seriously handy. Sound

Sounds like it's going to be heavy going. Do some cultural stuff.

When you get to Krakow, visit the Wieliczka salt mines. You can also visit Auschwitz / Birkenau concentration camps which are about an hour away by bus.

If I'm not mistaken it would be best to go to Krakow first then Budapest if your going on to bled as you may end up going backwards. Five days in Budapest seems alot. I done two days in both Krakow and Budapest, done the sightseeing and had a fair oul sup and it was fine. Five days seems way to long. Also, I found there's really not a lot in bled, its very nice but not really drinking place. When I was there it was jammed day time because training for iron man but come night time it was dead and that was a Saturday night. For 16 days it cost me around 12-1500 with accomadation and eating out. That was not skimping though, ate in decent restaurants done some tours and a fair oul sup. Enjoy :)

Oh and if you get the overnight from Prague to Krakow or Krakow to Budapest enjoy the hour of unhooking and hooking various carraiges in the middle of a forest at 3am. It's like a crossroads where trains meet and join to continue wherever they're going

5 days in Budapest is more than enough although given the hectic nature of the first few days you'll probably need a day to recover when you get there.

Its also a handy base for a day trip to Vienna or Bratislava if you're not sick of trains by then.

Also, try and take something away from the places you visit. (Rather than just a hangover).

Berlin is one of the worlds greatest cities with a history that impacts on us all.

It would be a shame to spend 3 days there just partying and then sleeping it off on the train to the next destination without seeing much in between.
