Pringles only €1.64 in SuperValu at the moment, all flavours available.
Think this might be the cheapest price around at the moment.

3.28 a tube in Tesco Maynooth (and presumably other branches)- with BOGOF- so exactly the same price.

Are these 190g or the slightly shorter tubes - 160g maybe?

Sorry guys, I didn't know they were that price everywhere else.
I thought it was just SuperValu; it's not often you see Pringles at that price
My local convenience store is selling them for €4.29

The price of Pringles has soared over the last few years
At €1.64 each, it's still miles off it's original price.

I would never in a million years pay €3.29, or anything close to it for Pringles. But €1.64 does tempt me. I do not get the pricing model for leading brands. I for example love Pepsi Max but I would never pay the full price €2.39 for it so what I do is stock up every time it comes up on offer for a week or two at €1.19. That €1.19 offer seems to come up on either Dunnes or Tesco every month it seems!

Just to add - I think I saw a similar (if not the same) price for a packet in Centra. I guess the suppliers are discounting the shops, and the discount is being passed on. It sure was a tempting offer, but I resisted!

sounds good, now it is still on sale?

No they dont, horrible things those, weird aftertaste, the Lidl ones are the exact same product in a different tube, same as the Spar ones aswell.

Exactly, the aldi ones take getting used to but would not go back to or pay pringles prices now. Even at €1.64 they are still over priced IMHO.

whoever said earlier that pringles prices have sky rocketed is bang on... anyone remember when they were 99c for pringles at christmas a few years back? - and they had more contents in the tube.

Aldi ones are nice but smaller pack, probably better at a smaller size because one you open these lads it's all the way to the bottom...when empty I jam them with sawdust from the shed and burn them off (minus the plastic top), also handy for storing cleaned paint rolls...

Another annoying thing about Pringles is when they extend the tube and claim 25% extra free or whatever then you pop the lid and its all empty space! You have to reach down into the can to get the first one.

I go with the big bags of Sour Cream and Cheese chips from Lidl these days, way better value and way nicer than any Pringle rip-off.

The only good thing I can say about pringle's is that an empty tube makes a handy portable toilet when your stuck for a number 2.

Aldi & Lidl Tortilla Chips much nicer than pringles.

And sometimes I like to put my "reused" pringles cans back on the shelves of shops.

I have never once opened a tube of pringles and it wasn't full to the very top.

And I used to be 19 stone. I know.
