Was there something about that year which stands out to you, even if that something is amorphous, mysterious and inexplicable.

It stands out to my insincts and intuition suspect it could stand out to many others.

Off the top of my head, I cannot remember a single thing which happened in 2005.

I found the whole decade to be like that, there was something really non descript about the years. I did a lot, but cannot associate them with the years they happened in. Especially with regards to music/film releases etc.

Hmmm, I was sixteen. Drawing a bit of a blank honestly. Oh I went to oxegen and the weather was nice, but that's a pretty material and explicable memory. People had much more money in them there days too! I miss money

Met the mother of my child. Have a permanent scar from being bottled. Got spiked and nearly raped. Got arrested for drink driving. Fell out with my dad and things haven't been the same since.

**** I was a mess. I'm way more together now.

I was happy, had the most money ive had in all my life. Working and getting a fantastic wage. Thought it would never end and had a bright future ahead. HAd many a chat back then to others who went through some bad times and they said that they will never return as theres just to much money in ireland now and we'll never see emigration of these islands again. My sex life was at its peak. Holidays every 3 months. New cars
