    Hi all,

    I'm looking to get this coat for my mother for Christmas. I know she's been looking for it since earlier this year, but has never been able to find it.

    I did ask in Brown Thomas about a month ago if they had it, or would be getting it back in, and the lady said they wouldn't be getting it in, and they never had it in stock.

    I'm looking to get it in the stone colour, in a size UK14.

    I'm fully aware that site is fake, so I won't be buying from there, I want to get the genuine coat, if at all possible.

    I'm not sure if it is okay for that link to be in my post, but if not, I apologise to the mods in advance.

    Did you try ebay? maybe put in a search for wool cream coat size 14

    Yup tried eBay, no luck. Thanks for your reply though, I appreciate it.

    I'd even get it second hand from a charity shop if I could.

    Have you tried contacting Karen Millen themselves? I used to work in the Dundrum store in my student days (how I miss the discount!!) and it was amazing the lengths the manager used to go to to help customers out.

    I know the lady in BTs wasn't very helpful but maybe send an email to their head office or take a trip to Dundrum?

    I did try that and they did say that the coat was in stock earlier this year, but as of yer, there is no Karen Millen shops that have it in stock, she couldn't say if other retailers had it in stock as they have no way of checking that out apparently. It was in the summer that I contacted them though.

    Have you tried kildare village outlet store, they have last years stock.

    Ask in a standalone store such as Grafton St. or Dundrum to look it up for you. If they haven't got the style code or can't remember it ask them to look in their seasonal style book [cant rem its exact name but its a list of every product] Often times KM concessions are unable to check with the internal KM system [ordinary staff mightnt have access, no floor cover to go check etc etc] so its best to ask in a standalone store. KM staff are usually very helpful and go out of their way to help so if you can go in at a quiet time when they're not rushed off their feet they should be able to track it down if it hasn't sold out.
