Development Rig w/ a side of gaming. Budget 1000

Hello everyone,
about to try build my first PC. Primarily it needs to be a competent development rig, running programs such as 3Ds Max, photoshop, Zbrush
while being able to handle games decently enough.
(Not looking for Battlefield 4 on Ultra, but I don't want the framerate to be dropping on medium settings)

Focused more on the machine itself, keyboard, Monitor, mouse etc can be considered a secondary priority.
My budget is 1000 euro.

Keyboard, Mouse, Headset. Speakers not priority.

Wish to avoid when possible.

A friend will order the decided parts, and i'll pay him physically.

Whithin the week, or next week.
