Can I cancel Sky BB but keep TV

    Afternoon all, am having terrible experience with Sky BB and was looking to get UPC in. What I'd like to know is can I cancel the broadband and keep the TV without incurring extra charges?

    I know if I keep ringing them and jump through the hoops and keep complaining I may be able to, but I'd much prefer it to be hassle free, and I also hate them taking all me credit when calling them.

    AFAIK its 2 services on one bill and you can remove 1.

    Of course if you're in the first 12 months with BB it maybe a problem.

    If your landline is with them (and it should be if you have broadband) then its free to call them from that...
