If you had the choice of the above two, which would you pick?? It's a present for one of my brothers. He plays canoe polo and also is a surf kayaker (he lives in Oz and competes at regional & national level). His friend told me that he wants one of the above two paddles - problem is that I don't know a paddle from a kayak…

His friend told me that he wants one of the above two paddles - problem is that I don't know a paddle from a kayak so defo can't pick between two paddles! I've been told to get a CXT shaft rather than HDG. Any recommendations?
