Bassist wanted for cover band Limerick/Tipp

    Hi, We are a guitarist, drummer and female singer in our mid 20's looking to start up a wedding band in Limerick/Tipp/southwest region. We have all studied Music Technology and are serious about starting something up as a profession.

    Decent gear needed and own transport would be a plus.

    Pub gigs, corporate events, and weddings would be the plan.

    So far our list of songs are:
    Don't Stop Believing
    Dancing Queen
    Simply The Best
    Galway Girl
    Rolling In The Deep
    I Useta Love Her
    Valerie
    Rock The Boat
    Brown Eyed Girl
    Living On A Prayer
    Other popular pub/wedding covers

    Looking to audition some people and go from there. We have a practice space in Roscrea and will be looking to put together a set list in time to start gigging in the first half of next year and especially from the summer onwards.

    hi there, my cars off the road at the mo..but apart from that,I have all my own gear+experience and would be willing to make my way out to ye by other means
    to audition/practice until I get the car together ASAP.

    Hi Emmet, Where are you from? Three of us are all very busy are all in college at the moment so we wont be practicing at all really until after christmas. As I said above we will be practicing in Roscrea.

    bump and for the sake of some clarification. The band so far is a guitarist, Singer, and Drummer. Looking for a bassist in his/her mid 20s to start a working covers band. The three of us are currently studying a Music Production degree and want to start practicing early next year to be ready to start gigging and earning money from this during the summer. We plan to begin doing wedding gigs and possibly earning a living from it.
